Delete my data
Draft of 4 November 2026
You can delete your beta sign-up yourself, at any time, in a minute.
Delete it yourself
- Go to the welcome page.
- Sign in with the same Apple, Google or Facebook account you signed up with.
- Choose Delete my sign-up and confirm.
It is deleted straight away, and you are signed out.
Or ask us
If you can't sign in any more, write to support@instantdungeononeshot.com from the email address you signed up with, and say which provider you used. We will delete it within [to be confirmed: how many days] and tell you when it's done.
What is deleted
- your sign-up: the provider's account id, your email, your role, your age confirmation, your referral or claim code, and who referred you;
- your free-month ledger, including months waiting to count;
- your welcome-page sessions, and any hand-off not used yet (with the hash of the sign-in value it carries);
- for an Apple sign-up, the sealed refresh token, after we use it to end your sign-in at Apple.
What else changes, and what stays
- If you signed up with a GM's code, the month your sign-up earned them is taken back, whether it had counted yet or not. Their ledger keeps a voided line, with nothing that points back to you.
- Sign-up events keep the id your sign-up had and, if it was linked to the app, the app account's id; never your email. Our server's logs keep the ids they recorded, the addresses of the requests that started your sign-ins (with their sign-in values, which are no use once a sign-in is over), and any search our team made for your email address, for as long as the logs are kept. [to be confirmed: whether these ids are also removed]
- Your app account, if you have one: delete it in the app.
Stop the provider sharing with us
Deleting your sign-up doesn't change your Apple, Google or Facebook account. To stop it signing you in to Instant Dungeon as well:
- Apple: your Apple Account's settings, under Sign in with Apple.
- Google: your Google Account, under third-party apps and services.
- Facebook, when it is offered: Facebook's settings, under apps and websites.
